8) All the part and parcel of land property and improvements there upon together with all buildings existing andior to be constructed in 2.70 Ares of land in Re Sy No. 189/32 of Vettoor Village, Varkala Taluk and Thiruvananthapuram District by virtue of Sale deed No. 3886/1995 dated 05.10.1995 and Release Deed No. 4168/2014 dated 18.12.2014 of Varkala SRO favouring Ammini S (late) BOUNDED by property of Sulochana in the North, Temple in the South, Road in the East and property of Fazeela in the West.
