No. We are not an auctioneer, broker, or seller. We only publish auction advertisements for public awareness and provide property information on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. The actual auction process is managed by the respective banks or authorized officers

Click on the “Register” button on the homepage. You can register as an Individual or Company by filling in basic contact details and preferences. Once registered, you will receive confirmation via email.

Browsing auction notices is completely free. We may offer premium alert services in the future, but all basic services including access to auction information are free for users.

No. We do not conduct bidding. You must follow the instructions in the bank’s auction notice and contact the Authorized Officer listed in the notice to participate in the bidding process.

Each auction notice contains the Authorized Officer’s name, email ID, phone number, and auction details. You can contact them directly for EMD details, inspection schedules, and participation.

All notices are published directly from banks and institutions, or verified by our team before posting. However, you should still verify details with the respective bank before making any financial decision.
