Sale of the assets of the Corporate Debtor as a going concern in terms of Regulation 32(e) of the 1881 (Liquidation) Regulations 2016 with the following assets:
a) Factory land and building at Kota - area 21076 sq.mt including Plant & Machinery situated thereto
b) Factory land at Malanpur Bhind--for lease hold area of 1.25 hectare is equal to 1,34,548.90 sq.ft., Building and Misc. including Plant & Machinery situated thereto
C) Factory land at Malanpur Bhind-for free hold area of 1.537 hectare equal to 1.55.441.30 sq.ft. and Building including Plant & Machinery situated thereto
d) Factory land at Malanpur Bhind-for free hold area of 1.316 hectare equal to 1, 41,653.06 sq.ft. including Plant & Machinery situated thereto
e)SFA Assets excluding cash and cash equivalents
