(iii) Machinery at property mentioned at (i) and (ii), PHYSICAL POSSESSION
"Sale of machinery is prerequisite for sale of immovable property as machinery lies in the immovable property being auctioned. If machinery goes unsold, the property shall be deemed to be unsold too despite of any bids received for immovable property
