Schedule B (Item No.1): All that is part and parcel of 12.14 Ares of property in Re-Survey No.58/1 of Moodambail Village together with all improvements therein including the right of access and all other rights, easements etc. attached thereto and which is more particularly described as item No.1 in Schedule to Sale Deed No.731/2015 of Manjeshwar SRO. Boundaries:- North- Government land in Re-Survey No.57, South-SSD property of Mohammed and Thodu, East-SSD property of Khadeejamma, West-SSD Thodu.
Item No.2: All that is part and parcel of 34.80 Ares of property in Re-Survey No.58/3 of Moodambail Village together with all improvements therein including the right of access and all other rights, easements etc. attached thereto and which is more particularly described as item No.2 in Schedule to Sale Deed. No.731/2015 of Manjeshwar SRO. Boundaries:-North-Property of Khadeejamma in Re-Survey No.58 & Thodu, South-SSD property of Aboobacker, East-Property of Muthu Shetty in Re-Survey No.55, West-SSD property of Mohammed.
